• Creation Remote Data Acquisition: We initiate the process by efficiently collecting all necessary data from your client's facility remotely, including historical utility bills (12+ months), operational schedules, system specifications, and existing architectural documentation.
• Initial Model Build: Our specialized engineers use this data to construct a detailed virtual model of the facility's geometry and energy systems using DOE-approved simulation software.

2. Rigorous ASHRAE Calibration and Validation

• Precision Calibration: This is the critical step. We meticulously adjust the input parameters of the baseline model until its simulated energy consumption accurately aligns with the client’s actual historical utility data, meeting the strict ASHRAE Guideline 14 standards (typically within $\pm 5\%$ tolerance).
• M&V Readiness: This calibrated model serves as the verified benchmark. It provides the financial certainty required, proving that the simulation is a reliable predictor of the building’s real-world energy behavior.

3. Guaranteed ECM Savings Projection

• Simulating the Change: We then digitally implement the proposed Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) into the validated baseline model.
• Predictive Analysis: We simulate the model again. The difference in energy use between the calibrated baseline model and the new ECM model yields the projected energy savings. This is the certified M&V data that guarantees the project's financial outcomes.

4. Compliance and Approval Documentation

• Certified Reporting: The outputs from our ASHRAE Calibrated Simulation are automatically generated in the format required for regulators and funding bodies.
